- Financial function student IDs cannot be applied through the website. After admission, visit Hana Bank (Korea University Branch or Hana Square Branch) with one photo (passport or certificate), alien registration card, and passport.
- Non-financial function student IDs can be applied online or by visiting the ONE-STOP Service Center with one photo (passport or certificate) and ID (alien registration card, passport).
D. Fees

- Reissuance:
- Card error (IC chip or magnetic strip damage): No fee
- Lost/stolen card, damage, photo replacement: 5,000 KRW
