1. Application Schedule and Method for Unregistered Students

Financial Function

New (Transfer) Students, Domestic and International:

Cannot apply for a financial function student ID via the above webpage. Domestic students with multiple accounts created in a short period cannot open additional accounts, thus limiting the issuance of a financial function student ID.

Application Procedure: Step 1: Pre-registration → Step 2: Application

• After pre-registration, the application is possible from the next day.

• Pickup: Individual distribution schedule and location will be notified by Hana Bank from March 15, 2023 (Wednesday) (ID required upon receipt).

Seoul Campus (Korea University Branch): Korea University Branch Link

• Note: The account registered in the financial function student ID will be used for academic purposes and scholarship receipt in the future. It is recommended to apply with the financial function student ID if possible.
• Students who do not apply within the specified period may face restrictions on the use of campus facilities (library, buildings) and electronic attendance.

Non-Financial Function

New (Transfer) Students, Domestic & International:

2. Requirements for International Students

1. Financial Function Student ID: Cannot apply via the webpage. Visit Hana Bank (Korea University Branch or Hana Square Branch) with one photo (passport or certificate), alien registration card, and passport after admission.
2. Non-Financial Function Student ID: Cannot apply via the webpage. Visit the ONE-STOP Service Center with one photo (passport or certificate) and ID (alien registration card, passport) after admission.

  • Card error (IC chip, magnetic strip damage): No fee
  • Lost/stolen card, damage, photo replacement: Fee of 5,000 KRW
