Procedure

  1. How to Apply: Access the Field Training Website and log in with your portal credentials to check announcements and browse available training institutions.
    • (1) Check with your department/college office about the availability of field training courses (major) and credit recognition.
      • If major credits are not available, general education credits may be granted. Contact the Field Training Support Center for details.
      • Refer to the curriculum plan in the materials section to check major recognition. Please confirm with your department as this is only a reference.
      • If the total credits based on actual working days are less than the credits available for major recognition, additional credits can be recognized as general education.
Example: 42 working days, 336 hours → 6 credits; if only 3 major credits are available, an additional 3 general education credits may be recognized (3 credits major + 3 credits general education = 6 credits).
    • (2) After confirming course availability, apply for participation in the field training program on the website.
      • Submit resume and personal statement, then apply to your preferred companies.
      • Check each company’s operation plan before applying (click on the company name to view the plan).
    • (3) After selection, complete course registration and the three-party agreement.
      • Must register for the summer semester course during the registration period in mid-May.
    • (4) Complete pre-training education, safety training, and human rights and gender equality education before the start of field training.
    • (5) Ensure the three-party agreement and course registration are completed before starting the training.
