2021 Fall Semester Registration of Graduate School

Completed Research Students

1.  Completed research students

A. According to the Completed research students principle since 2014, from 2015 spring semester, every completed students should pay tuition fee to maintain "completed research students" status.

B. The registration period for completed students is the same as that of enrolled students , and after the regular/final registration period ends, registered completed students’ academic status will be changed to “Completed research (enrolled )”.

2. Completion research tuition ( 2% of tuition required by department )

A. Eligibility : Students who have completed the course or students who are expecting completion in August, 2021.

B. Registration Period * Strictly observe the registration period ( registration is only possible during the registration period )

C. In case of non-payment of tuition for completion research, blackboard , library, etc. cannot be used during relevant semester/year.

-Cannot take Human Rights and Gender Equality Education , ' Research Ethics Education ' etc. on Blackboard.

3. Degree claim tuition ( 7% of tuition required by department )

A. Eligibility : Completed students who have applied for a dissertation for a degree * Excluding current students and permanent completion

B. 7% of tuition. Students who already paied 2% during the redular registration period has to pay 5% of tuition additionally.

C. Students who have completed the course must register for the semester in which the dissertation examination is conducted. Also for tuition bill to be printed as 7%, you should register examination online.

2) How to apply : the portal (KUPID) Log in to ￫ Register / Graduation ￫ Apply for thesis review

D. Degree application tuition payment period :2021 November 4th (Mon) ~ November 5th (Fri) 16:00 schduled

E. Prepaid students who completed courses before 2014

1) Semester in which applied for dissertation review

-online register for dissertation review period : Free register applicants whould register by visiting KEB Hana bank (Korea University branch or Hana square branch) with 0 won bill.

- If you fail the dissertation review and ask for reexamine, you should pay the defree application tuition fee again.

2) If it is not the semester for the thesis examination, 2% of tuition required by department should be paid.
